IT SPECIALIST

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the IT team to provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, as well as implement new technology solutions to enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and networks, including hardware, software, and servers - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to daily operations - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other hardware devices - Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control - Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability - Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for new systems and upgrades - Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and hardware systems - Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security - Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions - Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and networks to ensure optimal performance Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus Join our dynamic team at Jonesbororealtycompany and take your IT career to the next level.
