Job description About the role We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team at Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd' in Singapore. This is a full-time, home-based role with the opportunity to earn a highly competitive uncapped commission structure. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement. What you'll be doing Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries. Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunities Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business What we're looking for Minimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates Driven, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools What we offer We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
