Corporate Lawyer, Fintech, Limassol

An EU-licensed fintech platform with offices in Limassol and Dubai is seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer to join its in-house legal function. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with fintech exposure who wants to step into a company-side role or continue developing their corporate practice within a regulated, fast-moving financial services environment. This is the first in-house legal position appointed in this growing organisation. What you'll be doing: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts and commercial agreements Handling group company agreements across multiple jurisdictions Supporting the directors on a broad range of corporate legal matters Working independently with a high degree of ownership. What we're looking for: Qualified lawyer with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience Background from a legal firm with fintech or financial services clients, or current in-house experience within a fintech company Strong corporate contracts background: commercial agreements, group structuring, inter-company arrangements This role does not involve compliance, licensing, or regulatory work Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously What's on offer: €2,200 – €2,500 gross per month 13th salary Discretionary annual bonus Parking included Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm Modern offices in the Ksenos Building, Agios Athanasios
