Social Media Manager (Wine Industry)

Social Media Manager – Brand Growth, Content Strategy, & Digital Engagement | Johor Bahru, Malaysia | On-site | ADORE GLOBAL OPS | Wine Adore is looking for a Social Media Manager based in Johor Bahru to take ownership of our digital presence and drive strong engagement, content consistency, & brand growth across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, trends, and storytelling, and wants to build a premium lifestyle brand in the wine industry while working closely with regional teams across Singapore and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a structured social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Manage daily posting, including feeds, reels, stories, and short-form video content Create or coordinate content production with Media team aligned with brand direction (luxury, lifestyle, wine) Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and promotions Support Meta ads initiatives with content alignment and creative input Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy and engagement Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand storytelling across all channels Requirements Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (Malaysian citizen or local resident) 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome) Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and growth strategies Experience in creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) Good eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points Experience managing Meta Ads content or supporting paid social campaigns Background in lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, or luxury-related brands
