Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab Humansville, Missouri Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 2, 2026 – June 1, 2026) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,304.94 Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours Guaranteed Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehab/LTC setting in Humansville, MO. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, mobility limitations, and wound care needs. This role focuses on restoring functional independence, improving mobility, and enhancing patient outcomes through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. The therapist will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Facility Information Facility Type: Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care (LTC) Patient Focus: Post-acute rehab and long-term care Work Environment: Team-based, patient-centered care Clinical Coverage Areas Therapists will provide care for: Post-surgical rehabilitation Mobility and functional impairments Wound care management Strength, balance, and endurance training Long-term care and recovery support Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with physical function disorders and/or wound care needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, ambulation training, exercises, and modalities Monitor patient progress and modify care plans accordingly Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and recovery plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Prepare discharge summaries and coordinate follow-up care Participate in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings Supervise PTAs, aides, and students when applicable Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience LTC or Rehab experience required Active Missouri Physical Therapist License Strong communication and documentation skills New graduates are accepted only with Level II clinical experience .
