Financial Analyst Juno Beach, FL Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst I to support financial planning, modeling, and project analysis within a dynamic, regulated utility environment. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering insights into financial performance, forecasting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, building financial models, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business initiatives and long-term financial planning. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret financial data to assess impacts on profitability, cost structure, and overall financial performance Support financial modeling efforts, including revenue requirements, discounted cash flow analysis, and customer bill impact assessments Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation activities Evaluate project financials, including capital investments and debt structuring considerations Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Prepare presentations and reports for senior and executive leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested by leadership or regulatory stakeholders Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial analysis experience Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to read and analyze financial statements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Preferred: Experience with SAP reporting tools (BOBJ) Familiarity with Utilities International (UI) systems MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
