We are now looking for a Freelance Recruiter based in Ireland to join us remotely and play a key role in our expansion. The Role This is not a typical recruitment job. You will be fully responsible for building and managing your own desk , combining business development and candidate delivery. 60% Business Development (client acquisition & relationship building) 40% Candidate management (sourcing, interviewing, closing) Managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end Developing your own market within your chosen sector Building long-term client partnerships What We're Looking For 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment Experience or strong interest in Business Development Ideally exposure to Healthcare, Engineering, or Renewables (not essential) Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and take ownership English native This role is ideal for someone who wants to move away from a rigid structure and take control of their own success .
