Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager – Front Office Algo / eTrading

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a high-performing Front Office team focused on algorithmic and electronic trading. You'll bridge business and technology, driving complex trading initiatives from concept to execution and delivering real impact to global clients. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end delivery of trading technology projects, from requirements to execution. Translate trading strategies and business goals into scalable, high-quality systems. Define and refine business requirements, functional specs, and user journeys for trading workflows. Partner with Front Office, Trading, and Technology teams across regions. Provide thought leadership on algo trading processes, platform enhancements, and workflow optimization. Support testing, change management, and adoption of new trading capabilities. What You Bring: 10+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Management in Front Office, ideally with algo/eTrading experience. Deep understanding of trading systems, algorithmic strategies, and front-to-back trade lifecycle. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-border initiatives in agile or hybrid environments. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
