Industry: Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-paced promotional items environment. Main Responsibilities: Human Resources: Manage recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews) Maintain employee records and HR database Handle onboarding and offboarding processes Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Administration: Oversee office operations and supplies Coordinate with vendors and service providers Manage company documents and filing systems Support internal communications and company events Assist management with administrative tasks Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices Good communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work under pressure
