E-Com Operations Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong experience in managing e-commerce platforms and optimizing operational performance. The selected candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency across order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer experience. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will play a key role in improving platform performance, enhancing customer journeys, and driving business growth through data-driven decisions. This position also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies and continuous process improvements. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, logistics, and customer service Oversee platform performance, focusing on UX/UI improvements and conversion rate optimization Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and overall operational efficiency Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within fashion retail Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify and experience with ERP systems Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and customer service operations
