This is a critical leadership role where you’ll own production performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a large team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Your Role Lead the end-to-end production function, delivering quality products safely, efficiently, and on time Plan and execute production schedules across all brands to meet volume, cost, and quality targets Own production performance, including KPIs across efficiency, safety, quality, and cost Manage labour planning and workforce allocation to align with production demand Partner cross-functionally with Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and People teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture What You Bring 5–7+ years experience in production or operations leadership (FMCG/manufacturing preferred) Strong understanding of production processes, quality, and food safety Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance outcomes Experience managing KPIs and using data to improve operations Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Perks and Benefits Enjoy discounted Marley Spoon boxes, conveniently delivered to your doorstep.
