About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Auto Finance to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. This role will play a key part in driving Agile delivery across high-impact financial products and platforms. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and releases Manage stakeholder expectations, particularly within the Auto Finance domain Key Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong domain experience in Auto Finance / Vehicle Financing / Lending Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – preferred) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise environments Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) – preferred Nice to Have Exposure to banking or financial services platforms Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence Background in digital transformation or large-scale Agile programs
