IQC/IPQC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Operation Manage overall IQC and IPQC activities within the factory Lead, assign, and supervise QC team performance (team size of 50+ members) Evaluate team performance and drive continuous capability improvement Provide training and coaching to enhance technical skills and quality awareness 2. Quality Control Management Organize and supervise incoming material inspection in accordance with technical standards Monitor in-process quality to ensure compliance with SOPs and customer requirements Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Collaborate with Production, Engineering, PE, and R&D teams to improve product quality 3. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare and deliver regular quality reports to management Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (defect rate, yield, etc.) Participate in internal audits and support customer audits when required Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree or College degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 1 year in a Supervisor/Leader role Experience managing large QC teams (50+ members) is required Strong understanding of IQC and IPQC processes in electronics manufacturing Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and handle quality issues effectively Good command of English or Chinese (mandatory) Willing to work Monday to Saturday and overtime when required Contact: hang@cnk-consulting.com.vn / 0915 206 917 (Ms.Hằng) Note: We appreciate all applications; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
