Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within an office or organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Administration Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed 2. Scheduling & Calendar Management Schedule meetings, appointments, and events Maintain calendars for managers or teams Coordinate meeting rooms and logistics 3. Documentation & Record Keeping Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Handle data entry and database management 4. Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors Assist with internal and external communications Support team coordination and follow-ups 5. Meeting & Event Support Organize meetings (prepare agendas, take minutes) Arrange travel and accommodations if required Assist in planning company events or activities 6. Financial & Basic Accounting Tasks Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders Track basic budgets or petty cash Support bookkeeping tasks when needed 7. Customer Service Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Provide information and assistance to clients or customers Handle inquiries professionally
