Your Role & Duties As a Live Presenter , you aren't just a host—you are an entertainer. You will lead our live Dutch-language broadcasts, reaching thousands of viewers globally. Host Live Digital Productions: Present world-class interactive games in a professional, engaging, and lively manner. Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers via a live interface, keeping energy high and the atmosphere positive. Brand Ambassador: Maintain high standards of personal presentation and master professional camera techniques. Operational Excellence: Follow strict procedural guidelines to ensure broadcast integrity and absolute accuracy. Studio Collaboration: Work closely with the production crew and floor managers for a seamless, high-quality broadcast. Compensation & Performance Rewards We offer a competitive package designed to reward your performance and specialized language skills. Estimated monthly earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 gross. Base Salary: Guaranteed fixed salary of €1,500/month. Specialized Language Premium: An additional €4.00 per hour for all live broadcast hours. Performance Bonus: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on quality evaluations and professionalism. Shift Differentials: Late-night hours (22:55 – 08:00) include a +20% pay increase . Overtime Opportunities: Flexibility to increase hours up to 40 per week for additional earnings. "Welcome to Madrid" Relocation Support Moving to a new country is a big step, so we ensure you land on your feet: Travel: Fully covered flight to Madrid (or train travel within Spain). Accommodation: 25 days of free temporary housing upon arrival. Settling-in Bonus: A total of €1,500 cash to assist your transition. Administrative Support: Hands-on assistance with Spanish residency (NIE), Social Security, and local banking. Schedule & Professional Academy We provide a stable Permanent Contract (Contrato Indefinido) from day one. The Academy: A 2-week intensive training program covering media standards and camera presence. The Schedule: 35 hours per week with rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).
