This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in warranty-related litigation . While prior warranty experience is not required, candidates must bring a strong litigation foundation, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to: Defend complex civil litigation matters involving warranty-related claims for automotive manufacturers and dealer networks Manage cases from early assessment through resolution, including trial-readiness preparation Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate witnesses Prepare for and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations Conduct strong legal research, case strategy development, and written advocacy Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel Maintain exceptional organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail across multiple active matters This role requires attorneys who take ownership of their cases and consistently deliver high-caliber litigation work. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.
