Nurse Deputy Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Deputy Manager to support the management and leadership of our nursing home team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing care leadership experience and be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) . This role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in overseeing nursing and care services. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies. Participate in administrative tasks during office hours, with occasional shift work as needed. Monitor care delivery, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Promote a safe, professional, and supportive environment for staff and residents. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid registration. Minimum 2 years of nursing care leadership experience (essential). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage both office and clinical responsibilities effectively. Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to care.
