Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care in line with NMC standards and CQC requirements. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained. Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits and compliance processes. Requirements Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Minimum 2 years nursing home experience . Previous experience in a care home or similar setting. Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements . Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
