Client Care & Support Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a Client Care & Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering dependable, thoughtful service. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers—answering questions, guiding next steps, and ensuring every interaction feels clear, supportive, and professional.
