Plan Specialist

The Plan Specialist is responsible for the development, administration, and ongoing management of organizational plans, which may include service plans, operational programs, financial plans, or client-specific solutions. This role ensures that plans are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of coordinating across departments to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of plans. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain various operational or client-related plans Analyze plan requirements and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and update plans effectively Monitor plan performance and identify opportunities for optimization Maintain accurate documentation and records of all plans and updates Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding plan structures and changes Ensure timely processing of plan adjustments, renewals, and modifications Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and reporting Assist in audits and compliance checks related to plan management Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to plans in a professional manner Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in plan administration, program coordination, operations, or a related field Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Familiarity with data management systems or CRM platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Knowledge of regulatory or compliance standards relevant to the industry is an advantage Compensation Annual Salary Range: $60,000 to $85,000 USD, depending on experience, and qualification Eligibility for performance-based incentives or bonuses Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays Flexible work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options where applicable Employee assistance and wellness programs Professional development and continuing education support Life and disability insurance
