German-Speaking Sales Specialist Location: Varna, Bulgaria Language: German (fluent) + English Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented German-Speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team based in Varna — Bulgaria's vibrant "Sea Capital", offering a fantastic quality of life along the Black Sea coast. You will be responsible for engaging with German-speaking customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions while driving sales performance and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat from German-speaking clients Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or services Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales targets and performance indicators Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system Cooperate with team leaders and colleagues to uphold and continuously improve service standards Requirements Fluent German (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written Communicative level of English Excellent communication and listening skills Strong sales orientation with a proactive and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement What's on Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Relocation support to Varna Fully paid training and onboarding program Real career growth opportunities within a multinational company Friendly and multicultural team environment Additional employee benefits and incentives Eligibility Notice This position is based in Varna, Bulgaria (EU member state).
