FP&A Senior Associate

The FP&A Senior Associate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role will work closely with business units and finance stakeholders to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and improve overall financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Monitor financial performance against budget and analyze variances Support rolling forecasts and scenario planning Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends across business units Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions Business Partnering Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and assumptions Support stakeholders in understanding financial implications of business initiatives Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency Assist in improving financial models, templates, and tools Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field CPA license is not required At least 4–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficient in Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage Good communication and stakeholder management skills
