OCP Networking Architect

Job Description Our client is expanding their hardware and system architecture team and is looking for an OCP Networking Architect to support the design and development of advanced datacenter solutions. In this role, you will work across system architecture, PCB design and networking layers, contributing to the development of scalable infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate closely with hardware, system and backend teams, helping define architecture decisions and ensuring alignment with performance and integration requirements. Location : Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid Responsibilities: As a OCP Networking Architect , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Design and define OCP based datacenter and rack level architectures Collaborate with PCB and system architecture teams to develop integrated solutions Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Support the development of scalable and high performance networking platforms Contribute to system level architecture decisions across hardware and networking layers Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices Participate in system validation, performance analysis and technical problem solving Requirements: Minimum 8 years of professional experience Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field Strong understanding of OCP standards and reference designs Experience with datacenter architecture and networking environments Knowledge of scale up and scale out network solutions such as Infiniband, Ethernet or similar Experience with switching, network topologies and system level design Understanding of complex PCB design constraints , including high frequency signals and routing Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and management systems Understanding of AI driven datacenter requirements across hardware and firmware Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail English level C1 What’s in it for you?
