Corporate and Yachting Executive

Job Description Our client is a corporate services provider based in Malta, offering support across corporate and yachting services. For the role you’ll be looking after: managing a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients, supporting transactions and registrations, handling compliance related processes, and assisting with the smooth day to day administration of client structures. Location : Hybrid - Malta (2 days remote, 3 days from office after probation) Responsibilities: As a Corporate and Yachting Executive , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients Liaise with clients, representatives, advisors, and relevant authorities Assist with yacht sale and purchase transactions Support yacht registration processes Assist with company incorporations Conduct KYC and due diligence procedures Ensure client portfolios remain compliant with applicable regulations Support with bank account openings and ongoing communication with banks Handle general corporate administration duties Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a CSP environment Strong understanding of AML and CFT regulations Experience managing client portfolios and handling compliance related tasks Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and within a team Good command of English, additional languages are considered an asset Proficiency in MS Office applications Relevant academic background, ideally in law or a related field, is considered an asset What’s in it for you?
