Role Overview The school is seeking a dedicated and proactive Pastoral Manager to support the wellbeing and behaviour of students. This role involves working closely with senior leaders, safeguarding teams and teaching staff to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities • Supporting student wellbeing across a designated year group • Monitoring behaviour and implementing support strategies • Working closely with safeguarding leads • Liaising with parents and carers • Supporting attendance improvement initiatives • Maintaining accurate pastoral records • Supporting behaviour management across the school • Coordinating support plans for students • Working with external agencies where required • Supporting reintegration of students following absence The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be empathetic, resilient and committed to supporting young people. They will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
