Senior Logistics Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Engineer to optimize end-to-end logistics flows from supplier to point of use. This role focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes. Key Responsibilities Optimize complete logistics flows, from supplier to point of use, ensuring efficiency and safety standards Plan and coordinate takt time, process changes, and product updates Execute and implement logistics improvements aligned with business goals Perform frequency studies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) Design and implement changes in both internal and external logistics setups Lead and support rebuilding or restructuring of logistics flows and systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations Manage projects and processes independently with minimal supervision Coach and support junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes and supply chain flows Experience in process optimization, takt time planning, and logistics design Proven ability to manage complex logistics projects and improvements Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle complex challenges Key Competencies Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to coach and mentor team members High level of ownership and accountability Seniority Level Senior (typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience) Capable of managing complex tasks and projects independently Demonstrates leadership in process improvement and logistics optimization
