Accounting Manager Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid – 4 days in office / 1 day remote) Salary: Up to $120,000 + Bonus + 3 Weeks PTO Overview A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Accounting Manager to support continued expansion. This is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering closely with leadership to drive business performance. Position Summary The Accounting Manager will lead core accounting functions, manage the month-end close process, and leverage Sage Intacct to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role requires a resourceful, independent professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and accounting standards Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and improve accounting processes Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Develop, mentor, and collaborate with accounting team members Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Team-oriented, stable, and growth-focused organization Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $120,000 Bonus potential Three weeks of paid time off Additional Information This is an immediate hiring need due to continued company growth.
