Job Title: Senior Manager – Pricing & Commercial Finance Support Manager Location: Taguig, Philippines Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Commercial Operations & Finance Support to oversee processes related to returns, refunds, rebatesand financial transactions. The role requires strong expertise in master data management, financial accounting, and team leadership. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, provide guidance on complex decisions, and ensure smooth operational execution. Must have experience in coordinating or handling international counterparts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end processes for returns, refunds, and related financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain and manage master data to support operational and financial activities. Guide and support the team in decision-making for complex scenarios. Collaborate with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to align processes and reporting. Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and implement best practices and process standards. Mentor team members and promote professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in financial accounting, returns, and refund processes . Strong knowledge of master data management . Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to guide teams. Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
