Support Engineer L3

We are looking for a Support Engineer L3 - This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America. Responsabilities Investigate, fix, test solutions and roll out Windows problems in images App packaging QA Help with custom image preparation Patching Windows desktop preparation, layout, security, etc Cloud health, maintenance and troubleshooting/fixing Support Producing reports Daily class launch & operation checks (until we automate desktop launching) Required Qualifications 5+ years of Experience Low level Windows OS knowledge, registry, troubleshooting (SysInternals tools), event logs, log file analysis, security, networking, Windows level, eg firewall, troubleshooting, login process, service configuration.
