Position: Farmers, Ranchers, and Other Agricultural Managers Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $40–$70/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Farmer, Rancher, or Agricultural Manager . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Farmer, Rancher, or Agricultural Manager. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Compensation & Legal We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role . Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Classified as an at-will contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
