Position: Coaches and Scouts Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $50–$90/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as Coaches and Scouts. Work independently and asynchronously around your schedule. Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for 3–4 weeks . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Coaches and Scouts. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
