The company Our client is a consulting firm specialized in the financial industry, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and offices across Europe, Asia and America. The firm is driven by human values and supports clients through major organizational transformation programs, regulation and risk management initiatives, and the optimization of existing systems and operating models. The team You will join a consulting team focused on business-oriented transformation projects for financial institutions (banking and CIB-led environments). Consultants work closely with clients' stakeholders to define and deploy transformation roadmaps, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, residual risk management approaches, and value chain implementation—while supporting changes such as outsourcing / nearshoring and (where relevant) mutualization. The role We are seeking a Manager to Senior Manager profile to lead business transformation engagements in Global Banking. This is project management for organizational change — your scope will be centered on operating model definition and implementation, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery of transformation outcomes across CIB and related banking domains. The requirements Project management experience in business transformation / organizational change programs Strong banking knowledge, preferably CIB and/or coverage of domains such as investment banking, credit, and transaction banking 4 to 15 years of experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience Experience contributing to or leading TOM / Target Operating Model design and implementation Experience with transformation themes such as: value chain implementation, operating model governance, and organizational design Understanding of transformation approaches involving outsourcing, nearshoring (and related delivery / transition governance) Excellent communication skills and strong presentation ability Ability to prepare and deliver PPT slides for committees and meetings Experience facing and managing senior stakeholders (executive level) French is a plus (not mandatory) Availability within one month or buy-out from your current position In Singapore: PR preferred The contacts Please send your CV and availability to: thomas.hardy@unity-partners.com
