Finance Manager

Finance Manager |Orlando, Florida area| On-site Full-Time | We're recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a high-growth, globally operating travel company expanding its US presence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role built for a sharp, self-directed finance professional ready to own the function from day one. The Role You'll lead all finance operations for the US entity — managing financial records, reporting, compliance, payroll, cash flow, and external audit. You'll also partner closely with a global finance team, supporting month-end close, transfer pricing, and budgeting cycles. Equal parts controller and business partner. What You'll Own Full responsibility for US financial records, compliance, and statutory reporting (payroll, sales tax, corporate tax) Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry review, and approval Annual planning, forecasting, and financial risk analysis Cash flow management and treasury oversight External audit management and coordination with outside advisors Global month-end reporting support and transfer pricing documentation What You Bring CPA (or equivalent) with a public accounting background Proven experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or global business environment Strong grasp of US compliance requirements and financial controls Experience building and improving finance systems, tools, and processes High attention to detail, comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally Confident presenting to senior leadership Willingness to travel internationally Excellent Excel skills; digitally fluent Bonus Points Travel industry experience 3+ years in a finance management role Tax preparation and strategy experience
