Planning Executive

Company Background: Manufacturing / Production Work Location: Cheras, Selangor Wor king day: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:30pm) Key Responsibilities: Calculate and purchase special items for secondary processes Handle and resolve outsourced process activities (e.g. spray process) Issue BMR and closely monitor BMR closure; liaise with Assembly and SP on progress Monitor subcontract parts supply, issue non-billing, and follow up on outstanding PO status Perform weekly PO updates Update customer portals Prepare and send monthly inventory report Send weekly outstanding PO report to customer Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate Knowledge of ERP systems Kindly apply online if you are interested or send your resume to joyce@ talentrecruit.com.my
