The Data Migration Lead is accountable for overseeing the full lifecycle of data migration activities, from strategy and planning to execution, within a global SAP S/4HANA template rollout. Required Skills & Experience SAP & Migration Expertise Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield) Minimum of 3 end-to-end projects as a Data Migration Lead Proven track record in global template or multi-country rollout programs In-depth knowledge of SAP data objects (FI, CO, PM, PP, EWM) Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL concepts Program & Leadership Skills Experience managing large, distributed teams and multiple rollout waves Strong capabilities in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication Ability to translate business requirements into actionable migration strategies Data Management Competencies Data governance and data quality frameworks Reconciliation processes and audit compliance Understanding of master vs. transactional data migration approaches. Data mapping and transformation design.
