Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the transfer of new products from development to mass production (NPI) Analyze and resolve product abnormalities and issues during production Improve production line efficiency, yield, and overall performance Verify, evaluate, and improve fixtures and tooling used in the manufacturing process Implement and manage engineering change processes Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve technical issues Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor Requirements: College degree or above in Engineering or related fields At least 2 years of experience in process engineering or product engineering Experience in Cable Assembly industry is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to use data analysis tools effectively Ability to read and understand technical drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communication and coordination skills Positive attitude, hardworking, and team-oriented Ability to communicate in English or Chinese Contact: thanhhuyen@cnk-consulting.com.vn / 0339 366 508 (Ms.Huyen) Note: We appreciate all applications; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
