Production Training Engineer/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Conduct onboarding, OJT, and certification training for operators and line leaders Maintain training matrices, skill assessments, and certification records Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs (quality, productivity, safety) Support NPI training readiness and operator qualification Apply Lean, Kaizen, and TWI methods to improve training systems Support audits by providing training records and compliance evidence Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related fields) Around 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/training roles Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and standard work Experience in creating SOPs and training materials Good communication and training/facilitation skills Proficient in MS Office; basic Excel data analysis Good at English; Mandarin is a plus Contact: ngocyen@cnk-consulting.com/ 0973 506 229 (Ms. Yến) Note: We appreciate all applications; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
