Microsoft Technologies Trainer (up to $8,000 base)

Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and virtual training across Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and SharePoint Facilitate hands-on sessions to ensure practical application of concepts Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, presentations, and lab guides Align training content with Microsoft updates and vendor standards Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and address capability gaps Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions Utilise LMS and virtual platforms for delivery and tracking Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content and delivery Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Technical Instructor Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform) Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred / Advantage Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), ACLP, or other relevant certifications Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences Self-driven with strong organisation and time management skills Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
