Location Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site) Language Requirements English (C1+ level) Your Role As part of an international Customer Interaction team , you will: Represent a global digital platform in a live, studio-based environment Engage with online users in a professional, friendly, and energetic way Deliver real-time interactions while maintaining high service standards Create a positive and engaging user experience on camera Follow structured on-screen processes and internal systems Collaborate closely with production and operations teams This role suits candidates who are confident communicators , comfortable being visible, and motivated by interactive, performance-driven environments. What We Are Looking For Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence in front of a camera or live audience Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to follow structured guidelines and processes Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule Reliability and attention to detail Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, media, sales, or performing arts is an advantage, but not required.
