Senior VC Analyst

Senior Investment Analyst ( remote, USD) We are a small, deal-by-deal investment syndicate focused on early-stage startups in the US and LATAM. Our team consists of former operators and investors. We are looking for an analyst to help us evaluate opportunities and manage deals through to closing. What you'll do: — Sourcing: find thesis-aligned startups and warm up introductions — Due diligence: assess metrics, market, competition, and risks — Prepare investment memos (in English) — Coordinate the deal process: from first call to signatures What we're looking for: — 5+ years in analytics (VC, IB, PE, strategy, or an operating role at a startup) — English (written and spoken) at a US workplace proficiency level — Ability to quickly and structure analyze markets and business models — Strong ownership: you don't outsource tasks, you own them end-to-end — Familiarity with LATAM or fintech is a strong plus What we offer: — Direct work with partners — Flexible schedule, meetings aligned with EST — Compensation in USD (commensurate with experience)
