SPA Receptionist

Luxury 5* Hotel is looking for a professional and friendly Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join their international team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a relevant experience in the same position. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service Manage front desk operations including appointments, bookings, and client records Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and reception area Promote spa services, packages, and products Handle payments, billing, and daily cash records Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: Experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Receptionist Knowledge of spa treatments and massage techniques Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge Professional attitude and ability to multitask Benefits: Accommodation provided by the company Competitive salary + service charge Visa provided Medical insurance provided Flight ticket provided
