Our Client Our client is a national retail group operating a large store network across Saudi Arabia in both lifestyle and consumer categories. The business is focused on operational excellence and customer experience improvement. The Role The Head of Retail Operations will oversee store operations, field leadership, and execution standards across the network. This role will be responsible for sales performance, store productivity, and operational compliance. A key focus will be improving consistency, workforce capability, and operational KPIs. The Head will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive results. The role will also support store expansion and new format rollouts. Candidate Profile Candidates must have senior retail operations experience managing large store networks. Strong exposure to Saudi retail dynamics and workforce management is essential. The ideal profile demonstrates operational discipline, people leadership, and commercial awareness. Experience in multi-format retail environments is highly advantageous.
