Sr. Accounting Manager Location: Makati Work Set-Up: Full Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift Job Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role oversees day-to-day accounting activities, manages the finance team, and maintains strong coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and capable of driving financial accuracy and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial policies aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards. Oversee daily accounting tasks: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial transactions. Prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency. Create quarterly financial reports and support year-end audits. Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and government contributions. Manage banking activities locally and internationally. Lead and mentor the accounting team. Maintain cash flow forecasts for business planning. Build relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies. Support financial projects and assist in daily finance-related operations. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 8 years of relevant sales experience. CPA license is required. Strong computer skills; background in financial data analytics is a plus. Excellent in English and Tagalog communication (written and spoken). Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Able to multitask, adapt, and work independently.
