As we continue expanding our Bristol team, we’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer to support our growing creative output. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your design career in a fast-paced events and media environment. The Role Based in our Bristol office, you’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and events teams to produce engaging visual content across a wide range of platforms. From digital campaigns to large-scale exhibition graphics, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our global events. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based role. What You’ll Do Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital ads Create print-ready artwork for exhibitions (banners, brochures, signage, show guides) Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple event brands Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver creative campaigns Support the production of onsite event graphics and promotional materials Adapt and resize assets for different formats and platforms Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Confident communicator and team player A portfolio showcasing recent design work Experience in events, exhibitions, or marketing is a plus but not essential.
