Senior Cybersecurity Specialist – AI & Data This is your mission Are you passionate about AI, Cybersecurity, and protecting transformative technological ecosystems? Then this position is for you. As a Cybersecurity Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting the cybersecurity posture of the AI & IT Innovation perimeter and contributing to the Group’s AI & Data Cyber governance. Build side: Contribute to drafting, updating, and implementing cybersecurity policies and organisational guidelines Analyse security risks related to technologies (data, identity & access, cloud, etc.) and recommend mitigation measures Participate in defining AI & Data Cyber governance frameworks and committees Assist in creating a complete inventory of applications, including risk assessments, security documentation, and pentest history Contribute to security governance improvements for Group solutions delivered by the AI & IT Innovation department Run side: Support operational teams in implementing cybersecurity action plans Ensure alignment of policies with organisational objectives and compliance expectations Follow up on the migration of legacy application codes and risk elements (CMDB & GRC) into ServiceNow Support and contribute to risk assessments of solutions offered by the AI & IT Innovation perimeter Monitor remediation plans, prepare risk committees, and perform reporting to management Review and validate staff access requests (Iwave, MyAccess, Mobisubscribe, etc.) Oversee internal control testing and validation activities in coordination with CISO or internal audit teams This is your background You have at least 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity within demanding and innovative IT environments. You enjoy working close to technology — particularly AI — and contributing to its secure adoption. You thrive in collaborative environments where cybersecurity, innovation, and value creation go hand in hand. This is your expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, EBIOS RM, ISO 27001) Solid understanding of AI technologies , their risks, and security impacts Expertise in infrastructure security, IT risk management and analysis Experience with cloud environments , identity & access security, and data protection Familiarity with GRC tools , CMDB management, and security assessment processes This is how you work as part of a team: Excellent collaboration and teamwork mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to think critically Client-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in supporting operational teams Language Skills : English - C1 French - B1 This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
