Senior LiveOps Product Manager (Gaming)

About the Client Our client is a global gaming commerce company helping developers and publishers build, distribute, and monetize games at scale. Their ecosystem includes payments, in-game stores, subscriptions, web shops, and LiveOps tools, operating across 200+ countries and supporting 1,000+ payment methods. At the core of the platform is a powerful LiveOps system that enables studios to manage catalogs, run promotions, launch personalized campaigns, and optimize monetization in real time. Role Overview This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the LiveOps platform (not a game, but the system behind it). You will define product strategy, own the roadmap, and lead delivery of scalable LiveOps capabilities used by internal teams and global partners. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and sales to align product development with go-to-market strategy, driving partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities · Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → optimization · Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business and partner needs · Develop and improve LiveOps capabilities: promotions, personalization, loyalty, catalog management · Identify gaps in tooling, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency · Define and track KPIs: adoption, engagement, revenue impact · Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks · Translate business and monetization needs into product requirements and user stories · Collaborate with engineering, data, design, QA, and partner-facing teams · Align closely with marketing and sales on go-to-market and product positioning · Act as the main product owner and escalation point for LiveOps Requirements · 5+ years of Product Management experience · Strong hands-on experience with LiveOps (mandatory) · Experience working on platforms / tools / B2B or B2C products (not games) · Proven track record of delivering features that improved retention, revenue, or engagement · Experience owning full product lifecycle in Agile/Scrum environments · Strong experience with product metrics, analytics, and experimentation · Ability to work closely with engineering on technical scope and trade-offs · Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams · Fluent English Key Skills · Deep expertise in LiveOps mechanics: promotions, segmentation, personalization, monetization · Strong product thinking and prioritization skills · Advanced analytical mindset and data-driven decision making · Stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment · Technical understanding: APIs, backend systems, webhooks, data pipelines · Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks · Strong communication and documentation skills · Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments Nice to Have · Experience with LiveOps platforms (PlayFab, Heroic Labs, Balancy) · Background in gaming, entertainment, or subscription-based products · Experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, or content delivery pipelines · Experience in multi-product or platform environments · Product Owner certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.) What We Offer · Full-time, fully remote role (global) · Ownership of a core product used by game studios worldwide · Direct impact on monetization and product strategy at scale · Collaboration with international product, engineering, and commercial teams · Opportunity to shape the future of LiveOps infrastructure in gaming Work Format · Full-time · Remote · Global team
