Position: First-Line Supervisors of Entertainment and Recreation Workers, Except Gambling Services Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $90–$130/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors. Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the relevance and quality of the content. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Utilize your professional experience to enhance the AI model training process. Ensure the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in your domain. Adapt to a flexible schedule while maintaining high-quality outputs. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
