Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $65–$140/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training . Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data . Adapt to varying workloads while maintaining high standards in question design. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted). Compensation & Legal We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role . Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
