Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-Site Language Required: Dutch + English Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) — 3 Rotational Shifts: 07:00–16:00, 14:00–23:00, 22:30–07:30 Days Off: 2 Rotative days Start Date: 30/Apr/26 ABOUT THE ROLE: We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. WHAT YOU WILL DO: — Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms — Apply platform policies and community guidelines consistently and fairly — Make rational, well-informed decisions on content escalations — Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons — Provide support and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy — Work collaboratively with team members across rotative shifts WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: — Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal) — Strong moderation skills and rational decision-making abilities — Local market expertise and cultural awareness — Strong understanding of e-commerce — Excellent customer service skills and empathy — Ability to cope with high-volume workloads during peak periods — Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: — Competitive base salary — Attendance Bonus: 100€ per 11 months — Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day — Welcome Bonus: 1500€ (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment) — Health Insurance: Since day 1 (monthly payment required).
