Our Client Our client is a diversified UAE-based group driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. The organisation is investing in systems, data, and automation. The Role The Director will lead digital transformation initiatives across business units. This role will oversee ERP, data platforms, automation, and process digitisation. A key focus will be driving adoption and business value from technology investments. The Director will work closely with IT, operations, and executive leadership. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have senior experience in digital transformation or enterprise systems. Strong exposure to ERP and business process redesign is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
